Q. Is it free to use?
Yes. All features of Super English are completely free to use (up to 50 sessions per month). The session count resets on the 1st of each month.
Q. Voice input isn't working
Please check that you allowed microphone access when launching the app. Go to Settings → Super English → Microphone and turn it on.
Q. The AI's responses are slow or stop
Please check your internet connection. We recommend using Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G connection.
Q. I forgot my password
Password reset is currently handled by email only. Please send us the email address you registered with at the address below.
Q. I want to delete my account
You can delete it directly from the Settings screen in the app. Go to Settings → Account → "Delete account" → type "DELETE" to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Q. Can a deleted account be restored?
A deleted account cannot be restored. Personal information such as your email address is anonymized immediately after a deletion request.
Q. I see advertisements
To support running this free service, Super English displays A8.net affiliate advertisements on some screens.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
If you cannot use the app, or wish to request data deletion for any other reason, please contact us at the email address below.
